GAO GAO is a shishito pepper hot sauce. Named after it's resemblence of a Shisa (Lion Dog), the shishito pepper comes in red and green varieties, and varies in levels of spice.
GAO GAO comes in 2 different spice levels, represented by the face of the lion mascot.
